Remove it ! but first find out the program to which that file belongs before making an appropriate move. That file might be part of a software which happened to installed itself without your permission. You might need to uninstall/remove the software completely that is if it happen to be a software which installed itself without your permission. Such malicious software tend to replace windows original files with unrecognized versions that keeps confusing windows . But if that file is a windows file then after removing that file you should immediate go to windows update website -download install all critical updates, install security updates for windows and run the most up-to-date anti virus software,ensure that Windows firewall is turned ON. restoring the file will just put your computer in the same state as it was before you cleaned the worm. deleting it would be more safe.
