How do i get this dry skin off my face??!

Question: okay,
i am 28 years old and still suffer from acne,oily, dry skin.
but.....i recently bought this "Neutrogena deep clean" wash
for my face and the next morning i woke to a bad rashy reaction
due to my face not liking that product!
i did not wash my face for two days...then i started getting little oil bumps all over,then it has now left BAD dry skin all over.
forehead,cheeks,nose,chin etc.
so i was trying to find out if anyone can tell me what to buy that is inexspensive or maybe a home remedy to get this off of my face?
also, it still burns a little due to the rash i had or maybe still have.
please help me get this off my face:)

wow go to a dermatologist hopefully they can tell you how to get rid of the rash.

try something thats all natural. mayb it helps.
