Gluten Free? Dairy Free? Help, my kids are going nuts!!!?!

Question: So, with having my first 3 out of 4 children with ADHD, Asperger's, knowing that at least one of my children is allergic to dairy, plus trying to deal with other serious issues (not to mention having plenty of relatives that are either Autistic or Aspies, I think it's about time we look into a diet change to help our kids. So.......what are the grains that have gluten? What is your favorite G and D free website? Recipe book? Kid friendly food products? Ideas on going G and D free? Help, please. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Oh, and yes, we're going to have our kids tested for allergies

The grains are wheat, rye and barley. Oats are questionable, some people have problems with them too. I know that website doesn't sound like it would be a help but it has good recipes, links and a lot of info that you can use.
Good luck

I found this for you. Just click on the link. That would have been way to much to copy and paste.

www.cookingallergyfree.com

amazing. Just click on what you're allergic to when you make your profile, and they supply recipes for you.

Hi, I have a website here:

http://www.elanaspantry.com/

that is free of gluten and mostly free of dairy. There are easy recipes for cookies, cakes, veggies and entrees, that are quite child friendly.

If you are going gluten-free the grains that contain it are: wheat, rye, barley and sometimes oats.

Good luck!
