How long does a cold last for help plzz?!
Question: ive had a cold for 2days now and its driving me crazy i read somewhere it takes 7 to 10 days!!! is this true also if any one knows how to make it go away fast i would be very greatful

there is an old saying - 3 days coming, 3 days with you, 3 days going. How true this is I am not sure because most colds I have last different lengths of time.
The first contributor is correct - try a vitamin C boost for a few days and that will help. At the moment blood oranges are in the shops and these are supposed to have more Vit.C. than ordinary oranges or go to the shops and buy Vit.C. tablets.
Take plenty of fluids and if running a temperature use paracetamol to bring temperature down.

A cold will last as long as it takes for your immune system to fight it off.
There is no cure, but drink plenty of fluids, take paracetamol to keep your temperature down and some docs recommend a high-dose vitamin C tablet too.

a cold usually last for about 2 weeks, there isn't any cure, drink lots of fluids and take some paracetamol.
well it depends on ur immune sys buta common cold is gone if u r otherwise healthy.however cold associated with other disease may take a longer time
