I have wart /moles under my arms and on neck. how to get rid of them pls help.?!

It is more likely that they are moles or small skin tags (like moles, but very small and often flesh toned) I have had these removed at the doctor's office. It is very simple and painless. (except for my insurance co-pay!!)
If you have a lot of them, they might be a harmless virus and you will continue to get more unless you get them treated. That's what my doc told me.
