panick attacks run your body on edge, pumping out adrenaline, putting your heart in full gear (its almost like running a marathon or doing a really hard work out). so yes, these panic attacks can definitely tire you! if you're having trouble with anxiety/panic attacks you should talk to your doctor...they have prescriptions or alternative psychotherapies that can help! i saw a psycologist for a year for anxiety disorder and have completely gotten over it! good luck!
I was having panic attacks before I knew what they were and yes they whooped me good. I found a little secret how to beat them it works for me....when I get that first sign maybe a weird tingle or hot flash before my heart starts pounding and I can't catch my breath ..... I take a deep breath blow it out slow then I get up and move to a different area somwhere where I can feel a breeze( outside or near a fan) and I do slow deep breathing for a minute or two and the attack never happens. Once I found out what panic attacks where I knew they couldn't kill me just scare me they were so much easier to deal with. I never needed to be medicated.
