sounds like you have a upper respiratory infection (chest cold) to tell if you have a fever ask someone to touch your forehead with their wrist or lips if it feels hot to them then you do. make sure that you drink plenty of fluids,Gatorade or ginger ale do not drink milk if you have a fever it will make you vomit. try to eat lots of chicken noodle soup and drink the broth.stay hydrated and let it run its course.

The chills, feel hot to others, and in bed with covers pulled up.

Wow. I'm surprised your online. Just go to the doctor or ER to see if you've got a fever or a local drug store and buy a thermometer. Chances are your running a fever if your forehead is very hot. Green mucous is a sign of an infection of your throat, nose, and/or lungs. Could be anything depending on what you've been doing. Could be infectious mononucleosis, strep throat, bronchitis (which sounds promising since your chest hurts when your cough), or pneumonia. Go to a doctor immediately. Green mucous is definitely infectious, trust me. They may give you an antibiotic and perform a test to check if your lungs are infected. Don't play around. I hope you get better. Good look.

have someone put there lips on your forehead or feel your back , it sounds like you have one go see the doc in the am
