How do you treat this? I can't seem to get mine to go away... I never had them before, but ever since childbirth with my first son... its been a problem.

They do go away with proper treatment. They are
just large exposed veins that have become irritated.
Use an OTC or better yet, go to your doctor. In the
interim, avoid grains, nuts and spicy foods.
thats what the doctor says..go see a doctor,hell give you something to keep them under control,lol,good luck sounds painfull
no- eat more fiber, drink more water, get up and walk, and see your doctor.
