I am so sorry to hear this. I was afraid that was going to be the result when you described her symptoms last week. I feel awful to have been the one to suggest leukemia to you, but am glad you got the tests done and know for sure. I will definitely pray for you and your family. Please don't give up on her treatment. You may try to get her into MD Anderson in Houston or the Mayo Clinic to see if there are any treatments they can offer.
Lastly, as for making her last year as happy as possible. Here are some suggestions.
1. Keep things as normal as you can.
2. Take her to Disney World (or wherever it is she has always wanted to go.)
3. Take lots of pictures of her so her sisters will have something to remember her by.
4. Record her voice often and keep a record of it as well for the same reasons. (She can talk about what her favorite things are...)
5. Spend as much time as you can with her and make as many loving memories as possible.

I would recommend not treating her any differently. Treat her like any other child with the same behavioural expectations. I believe kids need this normality as much as they say they would like special treatment.

I will pray for your entire family. I recommend contacting The Make a Wish foundation. They grant wishes of terminally ill children (no matter the size of the wish) When I was young (4th grade) my best friend was diagnosed with cancer. They sent her and her family to Disney World which may not sound that big but when your family is dirt poor and tied down to medical bills it is something. It was something she wanted to do and her family couldn't do for her. Other than that just love her. Treat her normally though but love her and drown her in affection. May God be will you all through this.

Yes, I will pray for her. I believe that no one should be able to get cancer because it's brutal! My dad got cancer and now he's better, but he isn't the same as before. Good luck! ^_^
