it means, any infections that any of her past boyfriends were carrying and have passed onto her, they've passed on to you, via her. It only takes one of her last BF's to have an STD (sexually transmitted disease) and if she caught it and hasn't had treatment (if any treatment was due) then you could have caught it too. I say any treatment is due, because you can't cure HIV/AIDS
