There are many things that this could be!! Does it have a head on it at all?? Does it look like a welt - like from a mosquitoe bite??? Are the bumps close together or on different areas of your body??? If it has a head on it it could be a heat rash, an insect bite, etc. Have you been using a new detergent or soap or lotion or wearing any new clothes, etc. It could be a mild allergic reaction to something!! Are the bumps clustered close together - maybe it is poison ivy and by scratching it has spread. If you cannot find a cause then it could also be the onset of any number of skin diseases. Such as ezcema, psoriasis, etc. If it does not go away after using a anti itch creme and taking a Benedryl pill ( what doctors recommend for insect bites and allergic reactions) or if more bumps appear or if you start to run any fever then you should go to a doctor and get it checked out!! If these bumps are near your private parts then you should get them checked out as asap!! Good Luck!!

Where are they? Could be anything- mosquito bites, hives, ingrown hairs, chicken pox- we need more information.

The bumps sound like hives caused by an allergic reaction. Keep track of what causes them so you can avoid the material that is causing the allergies. It could also be caused by certain foods. Benedryl, Claritin, or Zyrtec might help. More info at the link:

Just go to a doctor and get some medicine that helps decrease the itching...
