Most drugs began with trying to be legalized for medical reasons but only a few have actually accomplished this while still being illegal. LSD and psilocybin (mushrooms) can get rid of cluster headaches, a headache reported to be worse than child birth. LSD also has a 50% rate of curing alcoholism, while AA only has a fate of 10%. Ecstasy's risks of seratonin depletion far outweigh any medical use, as all it does is release seratonin in your brain. Although it has been researched as a painkiller, there are many "healthier" drugs to do that. But if you look hard enough almost any drug has its positives medically speaking.

No...
it could make the person WAY more dillusional, and could totally screw them up.
When people have mental and physical disorders, its not a good idea to put anything in their bodies, becuase it affects everyone differently, and its probably 10x scarier for them..
not a good idea.

well, drugs have always been used for things like anesthesia, but i have never heard of them curing anything at all.

Illicit drugs could be authentic drugs brought in or traded illegally. In that case, they will work.

If we are talking about countefiet stuff, they will just harm you and maybe even kill you!
