Hyperthyroidsm or simple anxiety?!

Question: i have all the symptoms leading to hyperthyrodism but the TSH test came back negetive. is there other test to determine if i might have hyperthyroidsm like t3 t4 the doctor did not run this one. has there been times where doctors have to run t3 and t4 test in order to determine it? or will TSH test be exactly precises?

They've ruled out primary hyperthyroidism, but not secondary or tertiary.
