Aware of breathing every seconds, anyone?!
Question: well i got a weird problem. i do not know to put it into words. it goes like this. everybody breaths,at some point of time, we'll be unaware that we're breathing, rite? but in my case, i am always aware that im breating, every minutes & seconds. and i tend to take a deep breath every second. this causes muscle pain and tiredness. i've done things to de-aware my breating, like keeping my self busy doing some stuff, but it didnt work. well to get a better picture, try this out:keep aware that u're breathing(without miss) and take a deep breath every second (without miss) for an hour or two. tell me how it feels. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT SHOULD I DO?. TQ.

i had that problem when i had anxiety attacks and anxiety in general.
you might want to try yoga - it will relax you and help with breathing.
Find something to take your mind off... well, breathing. Yoga might help, or possibly doing something such as cooking or possibly a contact sport.
this is asign of anxiety.
consult a psychiatrist.
