It is called Graves Disease. The bulging eyes that are part of the disease -that is called'exopthalmos'.Quick definition for you: Thyroid disorder characterized by goiter[enlarged thyroid,looks like a growth on the neck],exopthalmos, hyperthyroid, and orange-peel looking skin ,usually found on the lower legs.
