You MUST see a doctor. There are medications to treat reflux. You could have popped a blood vessel from all the vomiting. You could have erosive esophagitis as a result of your reflux. You might have an ulcer. You may need a EGD. This is a test you get at the hospital as an outpatient. The doctor will insert a camera down your throat to look at your esophagus and stomach. Don't worry, they put you out for that. You won't remember a thing.

It means that you need to get yourself to a doctor... never a good sign. Please don't let it go.

I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like the acid reflux may have caused an ulcer to open and that is where the blood is coming from. If you are ever throwing up blood you need to see a doctor right way, do not wait. Please tell your parents or a trusted adult right way.

Also there is no reason why you should be throwing up twice a day, make sure you tell the doctor this. It may be embarrassing to admit, but it is worth it because there should never be blood in your vomit.

Call your doctor or go to the emergency room if vomiting of blood occurs -- this requires immediate medical evaluation.

There are multiple possible causes, but throwing up blood is serious and you need a medical professional to diagnose the cause.

you need to go to the doctor. throwing up blood is never a good sign. you may have a bleeding ulcer in your stomach, caused from the acid reflux. tell your parents, and go to the doctor...don't wait.

Get your tail to a doctor. This is not normal.

See a doctor asap.
It seems odd that you are 15 and your parents/carers haven't noticed. And obviously you haven't told them either. You should tell them.
I'm not saying you are, but IF you are bulimic you need to get help. Bulimia can cause stomach ulcers which can cause hemorrhages from the erosion of a major blood vessel or a tear in the wall of the stomach or intestine. It can also cause erosion of tooth enamel/cavities etc (from the acid in the vomit), ruptures of the stomach and esophagus, dehydration etc, and if you want to have children one day that could also be compromised by an eating disorder.
I hope you feel better soon & if you need help, seek it. I'm sure you have lots of family and friends around you who would love to help you.
All the best.
