Antiseptic, irritated my hands?!

Question: Basically I was stupid and left it undiluted on my hands for too long to kill germs and now they're red, sore (like burning) and horrible.
I've been putting mostuiser on alllll the time for like 2 hours but what else can I do?
Is it going to get worse like blisters? How long will it last?

Keep putting on moisturizer or try putting some kind of oinment cream like Palmer's cocoa butter not the lotion but the one that looks like lard...lol It sounds dumb but it is thick and I know it will help you it comes as a small cylinder looking jar I say about 5 to 8 oz. I used this for my belly when I was pregnant. It worked wonders.
