Does red clothes bring out pimples?!
Question: Not sure, but I think you might be asking if the color red will make them show up more? (not if the red clothing is causing them) If that's the question, my answer would be most likely not. Some colors don't look good on others because of their skin color, but I don't think that's the case here. You should put a couple of different colors on, and see wich ones make them less or more noticable. Good luck!
PS... I do know that the color green will help cover red spots and broken capillaries, and yellow helps cover up dark circles.
