The only thing that bothered me was when I had a bowel movement OMG was it painful, but the pain before was much more aggravating and I think the surgery was well worth it.

I've that done to several. There really is no pain to speak of just a little discomfort, unless you have a large bowel movement. It will take about a week to fall off.
