Pink eye?? please help!?!
Question: last night when i was getting ready for bed i noticed my eye was a little pink/red in the corner. i didnt think anything of it and figured it would be gone in the morning. well its still pink in the corner, not really any better/worse. it doesnt itch or water or anything, its just pinkish/redish in the corner. is this pink eye? or could it be an allergic reaction?
i did use an older mascara i havent used for a while last night...could this be it? should i go to the doctor?

It doesn't sound like pink eye to me, pink eye will get "gooey" and crusty and is painful. You are probably right, it could be your mascara. It caused an irritation of your eye. Try some eye drops and flush it out. Good Luck.
It doesn't sound like pink eye or an allergy because those both itch like crazy. It sounds more like that mascara is the culprit, but if it starts to actually bother you go to the Dr. for antibiotics.
I think you've hit it on the head... Its probably the mascara.... Toss out cosmetics after a year! Also, Pink eye is actually from poop particles somehow finding their way to your eye... Wash your hands after using the toilet and avoid letting people fart in your pillows~
Actually, there are 2 types of pink eye, bacterial & viral, & they are NOT always involved in itchy, crusty discharge. I've had it twice as an adult, & never had any itching or discharge either time, just VERY red eyes.Yes get to a doctor, & WASH YOUR HANDS constantly- pink eye is extremely contagious.
