How do you keep your skin looking hydrated?!


Question: Stay 18 forever.

Seriously,
1) stay out of the sun,

2) Buff your skin GENTLY with a loofah before you get in the shower,

2) massage a natural oil, like sesame oil, sweet almond oil, or olive oil, into your skin when you get out of the shower and your skin is still slightly damp. Let the oil soak in for 5-10 minutes, then rub off any excess with a soft cloth.

3) When you shower, use water that's not too hot, and a gentle soap without strong perfumes.

4) Drink plenty of pure fresh water, and eat a diet of fresh healthy foods.
