Sore throat, runny nose. Help!!!!!?!

Question: ok yesturday I had a fever to go along with the sore throat and runny nose. But today I don't have a fever but a worse sore throat. how can i get rid of this?

your going to have to 1 let it run it's course or 2 go to the doc and get a throat culture in case of strep
