Question: they certainly can depending how many and what size. Go see your GP. Ive had them and they can be treated .

I would assume so, any other cysts I've heard of can give you pain. I'd at least contact your doctors office to make sure. Its better safe then sorry.
Heck yeah, better get it checked out soon before it bursts, I heard that is reaaallly painful and can lead to infection. Don't mess with your kidneys!
