My pet is already 1 week sick. What kind of sickness is this?!


Question: My puppy is like 6-7 months old. He has fast heart beat. Shortness of breath. His poo is very wet and I think not so digested. He is fatigue because he wasn't so active as he was before and there's this fat-like fat that is hanging on his ribs. T_T Please help me.

Little Sleepy, it may just be a self-limiting tummy bug. Don't give him any solid foods for 24 hours, and try and get some clear fluids into him. Clear beef tea or homemade chicken stock/broth would be good. I'm not quite sure what the fat thing is that you mentioned. If he is still unwell after a day of only clear fluids then try and find an animal charity with a vet who may be able to help on a 'donation as able' basis (in the UK it is the PDSA). Good luck.
You need to get your dog to a vet, especially since he is still a puppy. It could be the Parvovirus http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C... Regardless, it sounds quite serious! Report It

    Get your puppy to a vet NOW!! Please don't let this poor little creature suffer any longer, get him medical attention, he needs it desperately!

    Get off the internet, and get to a vet, NOW! Nobody cares that you say you don't have the money. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to find the money and get to the vet.
