What side effects did you get taking temazepam 30 mg for sleep?!


Question: stopped ambian and take this yellow capsule for sleep. ambian made me see spots and other things. this stuff makes me kinda druggy the next day. cannot sleep without help. went five days without sleep one time.

temazepam or restoril is a has a very long half life so it will make you drowsy the next day. Romezecon is also an alternative. The question should be what is causing your insomnia.
