try using a wash cloth with cool water- do not rub!!!
If not water aqua cream
put aqueous cream on the red parts of the face...do not use soap until the redness has gone n even if u wash the face make sure u wipe ur face smoothly so redness doesn't get worser on the skin...

Just let her face breathe and apply cold compresses all day.
Do not put any products on the face until it is not red -
If it doesn't go away in another 24 hours with the compress see an MD. You could also try pure aloe - (for burns)
Tell her to use products for acne for your face. toothpaste is for teeth, and vinegar is for salad or cleaning and it's apple cider people use not white or red wine - (it doesn't work).. :)
