If I am lactose intolerant what is the likelyhood of me being allergic to casein!

Question: I would like to know because i bought a supplement that contains minute amounts of casein. When I eat things with lactose i get an upset stomach.

Up to 75% of the world is lastose intolerant. Only 3% of the world is allergic to milk which contains casein (milk protein). If you were allergic to milk casein you would have skin breakouts (rashes and itching) and it is usually diagnosed as a baby. If you get an upset stomach, etc. you are lactose intolerant.
