Question: my feet and hands cracked open when i was a preteen, it went away when i was about 13, i am now 26 and my feet are starting to crack open again, regular lotions don't work and neither does anything oil-baised. Everything a dematoligist has prescribed doesn't work

use moisture cream. before applying U should keep UR legs in a warm water for about 15 minutes. .....OK
get some crack cream. it sounds weird but its really for cracks like for your skin. you can get it from like walgreens cvs walmart maybe.. if not google it.
There is a wonderful lanolin/petroleum based product called Bag Balm. It is used to treat the udders of milk cows. It is wonderful for irritated, dry, and cracked skin.
