I have pica and eat towels how can i stop this?!

Question: i like rip them up and chew on them and eat them. theyre clean though i wash them in bleach with really hot water like 5 times. then i was them in sum good smelling gain and dry it with sum good smelling drier sheets.

its kinda like baking a cake and waiting for it to finish

Have you seen the doctor to see if there is a deeper issue healthwise or any meds they can give you to assist with the pica?

I dont think thats very healthy, not that its wierd or anything i used to eat plastic when i was like 5 . I would think that that would make u sick somehow.?
