Is this a sign that My blood pressure is up?!

Question: Only one ear is really red, my chest is red my face is red and this just happends, sometimes like if I drink a beer or take a shower. And when my blood pressure is up.
I'm so afraid to take my blood pressure as, I'm in a state of a panic attack. please help?( yes I suffer from them)

Sometimes that happens to me too. It usually happens to me in the winter time. I also suffer from anxiety and I rend to worry myself sometimes, but when this happens to me, my blood pressure usually isn't up.

You should be more afraid of what could happen if you don't take your blood pressure and it's high. Calm down and take it. You'll either feel better that it's not up, or you'll know that you need to see a doctor. Good luck.
