Menstruation Onset Question: This is a weird one...?!
Question: I was told before that some females who had their FIRST menstruation apply their first blood flow on their faces in order for their facial skin to be healthy.
I have known some females who did and I observed that they never experienced pimples nor skin blemishes. Maybe it's just a coincidence or I don't know; it might be true.
Is this true?
If so, what is there in that first blood flow that makes the facial skin smooth and healthy.
Please don't answer if you're just gonna give me useless or uncivilized answers or if you just find this merely disgusting.
Thanks.

This is absolutely not true. Your Hormones are what plays a role in your Menstruation and your skin complexion. I never had bad skin or pimples as a young adult. And I never did this, or even heard of this! However when my cycle would come around, i would normally get one skin blemish. And when my cycle would leave, it would go away. Do not get tricked into doing this. This is absolutely, scientifically NOT TRUE.
I don't know who told you that but it is a myth like so many things that people tell you. I know there are customs in other countries and this may be where this information came from but I looked it up on the internet and there is nothing about using the blood for a facial.
