Reynauds question?!
Question: I have cold hands and feet due to Reynauds syndrome. I'm having a horrible time keeping my feet warm this winter. I'm wearing two pair of thick socks and leg warmers and my toes are still cold. Any advice?

I have the same problem! My fingers and toes literally turn blue in the cold.
At night, I sleep with a hot water bottle by my feet (make sure the water isn't too hot so you don't burn yourself).
As for the days, they sell little toe warmers that are called "toasties" I think, and they are like little pads that go in your shoes and warm your feet.
Just be very careful b/c with the poor circulation to your toes, if you hurt or burn your toes by accident they will heal slower and could get more damaged.
Also, I wear UGG boots. They cost about $200 but they are very warm.
