use vagasil l on your hand's, it's also great on diaper rash
kelp cream from the body shop is great for dry cracked hands good luck
There is this stuff... it's called, "Butt Paste." It was made for babies with diaper rash by a pharmacist. People use it for everything though. From diaper rash to athletes foot to just using it as a lotion. People swear by it and was even featured on Oprah.

There is the link.
Read the Testimonials of the product. Children with very bad diaper rash where their skin is cracked and bleeding; their parents used it on them and their skin was so much better the very NEXT DAY!
Put the Butt Past all over your hands before you go to bed and then, put socks over your hands to help keep the moisture in on them while you sleep.
Good Luck. I hope that this works for you.
Sometimes the 'usual' stuff that is prescribed or recommended is a problem because it is petrolatum based (stuff like E45 and vaseline products for example)
We both found that an all natural based cream based on aloe vera and with soothing organic ingredients, no synthetic chemical preservatives or anything like that, has proven remarkable effective:
Take a look at the details...it's not cheap, but if it can do the job, maybe well worth it for you just as we have found it worked for us:
