Tiny blisters?!
Question: i have these tiny blisters on my hands and feet. you can't really tell tehy're blisters until you start scratching at them. when i scratch them, they get red and a little puffy and then i can see the center is filled with clear liquid.what are they? the pediatrician said it could be scabies, but the bumps aren't itcy.

Sounds like a condition called pomphylox, also known as dishydrotic eczema. Do an online search and read more about it.
You probably have Hand-Foot_mouth disese.. if you start getting canker sores in your mouth thats it so uhm, go see a docter QUiCK its contagious VERY contagious
it could be the start of a fungal infection or psoriasis.
Sounds like Athlete's foot fungus. Keep it clean, wash your hands after touching your feet. Wear clean cotton socks and put some anti fungal foot powder in your shoes. It's at the drug store. Beware of carpets, animal fur, dirty shoes, etc.
