Okayy abs?

I'm a thirteen year old male and for the past 20 days i have been doing the DDR and sit ups every-other day. In the past 20 days i have done around 2350 sit ups and 3350 kcal-burned. So, is this good and should i continue this till a 6 pack is produced, or should i stop and try something else?


Answers:

You might now want to do situps anymore if you can go on forever.
Do the exercise where you lay on the floor facing up, put your hands on your sides and lift your back about two inches of the floor. That's better than situps.
Also by exercising alot you might not get results without losing weight so your six pack can show if it is under your stomach fat.
