My penis is about 2 inches when it is not erected, but when it is erected, it is 6 inches! Is that normal?
An other question, my penis is 6 inches long and about 4.5 inches around, is that small, or is that normal?

quite normal on both counts. some guys hang big, and don't get (much) bigger when they erect; others hang small and grow amazingly. Your sizes say you're average.
