I am a guy and every time I go swimming, my nipples hurt really badly. When I was 11, they started hurting and my right one developed a lump. It has gone away now.

This has also happened to me, including many others i know. I don't think it is serious. It is likely to happen if you wear a shirt while swimming (the cloth rubs on your nipples). Also, salty water from the beach usually does that too because of all the grains. yes guys, can get breast cancer too, but not from this. breast cancer signs are if you have lumps around you breast duh. anyway... just put cream or something after they hurt. it'll be gone soon. it could take days...
