I can only hold ejaculation for one minute after i incert my penis into vegina. How to increase endurance?
Otherwise everithing is normal. i have good erection. only thing i could not last longer for more than one or two minutes.please advise

Try this during masurbation:
1. Stop rubbing when u know u'r about to ejaculate. But, don't stop if semem has shot out from testicles.
2. this will take time, but regular practise will help u control ejaculation.
3. Try atleast 5 times when masturbating, to make it stimulating involve ur partner in this. It will be fun.
Try during intercourse:
1. Don't think of ejaculation or sex as a job, enjoy it, have fun, tease caresses, and involve in oral sex more.
2. During intercourse, start slowly (and wear condom) pushing ur penis in her vagina slowly, this will give u grace seconds to control stimulation.
3. Listen, sexual intercourse is not the only fun that you can have in sex.
4. Allow your girl to get on top and let her control stimulation. If u are know ur about to ***, just tell her to stop. Practice will resolve all issues.
