The tip of the foreskin can crack due to various reasons. If you masturbate too roughly, too often or too long in a given session, then you can wear the area raw, making it prone to cracking. Really dry skin also aggravates the condition.
What you need to do is allow the area to heal. If you keep masturbating you'll never let it heal, and it can get worse if it keeps cracking. Apply moisturizing lotion or lotion with aloe vera to the area to help it heal. Don't forget to pull back the foreskin and wash everything around and underneathe with water and a mild (perhaps scentless) soap whenever you take a shower. Other than that, try not to move the foreskin around too much.
During all this, abstain from masturbation/sex until it's fully healed. Really it shouldn't take more than a week or so. Once it's fully healed, remember to go gentler/slower the next time you masturbate. If it doesn't get better it might be worth going to see a doctor.
