Lose Body Fat?
I was wondering how long does it take to lose body fat if you weightlift 3 days a week and do cardio 3 days in between
Answers:
It isn't as simple as that. It depends on your metabolism, and most importantly how much you eat.
Ignoring that though, I'd say if you are eating properly you should be losing it pretty quickly. Especially if you just started after like the 2nd week or so you'll probably notice that during that second week that you lost a lot.
