I would bet that if you worked out (and didn't smoke) you may decrease your cardiovascular risks (obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, blah, blah) and have healthier vasculature (important for turgidity = erection). I would also bet you would have an improved/optimized libido. So I say yeah. Work out, under the supervision of your physician/professional trainer.
