my penis head kinda hurts when i touch it its always been like that, im not circumcised and when i pull my foreskin back to about the middle of my headit starts to hurt does anyone know whats wrong?

The problem might be that your foreskin is too tight. It happens to a few uncut guys. Where the foreskin is tight and it hurts the head, the foreskin or both when it's rolled back.
