I play softball a lot and I have toned athletic legs and I don't even have to try. But just run everyday or everyother day for about 30 minutes for about a month. Not only will it help you legs it does other part of you body good too. Go to a local gym and they have lots of thing to help you there too. I also walk 1 1/2 miles everyday though so try that.
