Okay. . . ive been working out(immense amounts) and stuff and lost like 5 pounds in a week. . . .
But then i started my muscles. . .and now i gained 3 pounds. . .so did i gain 3 pounds of muscle?
And how can i tell if im losing fat and gaining muscle?
