How do I lower my body fat percentage if I am 24% body fat?
I want to get down to around 10-5% body fat and how long it should take to get me their and what I need to achieve my goal
I try to work out once a day

personally, i find swimming laps as the best exercise with least problems to the joints. plus swimming works the whole body and gets you pretty damn strong as well. 1-2 times a week is great if you can manage that. I usually work out 2-3 times a week and swim on saturday or sunday or sometimes even around midnight or 1am on weekdays if im bored
