i eat healthy but i need a quick way of something which i can do which lose weight plz someone tell me the best way n i now about running n jogging which other ways r good plz that really help thanks

Well you eat healthy, But see to it that u avoid more of carbohyderates.
for eg:- Must not intake chapatis more than 2, No Banana at all, No Mangoes! yes u can eat Chiken but only breast piece.
Dont skip ur breakfast, lunch,dinner.
Eat in every two hours, maybe 2 marie biscuits will do, wjen u feel hungry.
