the 12 year olds on this site have a bigger penis than me. im 14 and my penis is 4.5 in and girth is 4. is this small be honest

Many of the 12 year olds on this site are liars. In fact, all of the surveys of penis size have a bias; small don't respond to the survey, or they 'round up'. Secondly, age means little in penis size, because everybody starts developing at different ages. You may be early in puberty and are going to grow lots more; or maybe you started puberty at 11 and are almost done. If I had to guess I'd say you're average, maybe on the large size for 14. You certainly don't have anything to worry about.
