Please help me as this thing is really bugging me???

I have a fairly developed mascular body but my lower chets i.e my nipples are flabby and out of shape and becaz of that i don't feel comfortable when shirtless.....so can someone please help me with that by telling me some exercises especially for that area......your help will be appreciated......

i use free weigths and bench presses too and my chest i quiet build up and has cuts too.....its just these freakin nipples that are out of shape and this thing happened as i started to gain weight

Do you use free weights? You need to be sure to bench press, inclined and declined press as well. Free weights help develop the muscles more than a machine. This is do to friction and motion. It takes to get your body where you want it. No matter where you body is you should feel comfortable. Not only do you need to work out, you need to work on your mental part as well. Be comfortable how you are. Don't base it all on what you see in the mirror. If you can do that, others will too. Confidence goes a long ways.
