Weight Set?!

Weight Set?

I just bought a weight set. One long bar and two small bars for dum bells. Okay it came with two 5pounds weight, and two 10 pounds weight. You think I should start lifting those are just weight until I get some heavier weights? My friend just say just lift those for now. But I don't think it would work. I'm trying toget alot of muscles.

how old are you ? and how much do you weigh..
if your arms are a little fatty. you want to do cardio that way you can burn the fat every where, and the more you workout with the bench.. what you have i think, the muscles will get bigger.. but you wont notice the difference the first time you workout but if you want to cut your muscle. You want to do low weights with high reps, and when you do ur biceps, with the dumbells, sit on a chair or something you can get your feet on the ground with. then get the dumbell and put your elbow on ur knee kind of , on the inside. and remember to extend your arm all the way when you do the curl.
