How long does it take to lower my body fat percentage?
I am 5'6" and I weight 130 pounds and i am 16 or 17 % body fat and I want to know how much I can lower that in 2-3 months

That depends on your diet + cardio + weight training + your genes. Focus on eating a low calorie diet, but include protein and carbs, dont cut either out. Do lots of cardio and weight training etc....... Its not the same for everyone, even if they all have the same diet and cardio and weight training schedules.
